All athletic packets need to be handed in on or before August 12. If forms are not in, you will not be able to practice. Your physicals are on file from tryouts, however some of them are nearly ready to expire. If you are in need of a physical, they are being offered at Littleton High School on Saturday, August 6 from 8:00-10:00am.

When you go to the link, you should be able to easily type in the appropriate information for your student and then print it out and sign the appropriate blanks and turn it in to Coach Julie. On the doctor's part, please write or type "on file".

Fees
Due to the fact that poms/cheer is so expensive, the school charges $25-35 rather than the normal athletic fee. This is not due until mid to late September. I will let you know when we need that.
