Dancers Meet Thursday at 2:30!

We are going to have a brief meeting 2:30-3:00 in room 311 after school tomorrow.  Please come dressed in practice clothes.  We will be receiving information on the Hunger Free Colorado awareness program that we will be supporting next week.

I put the following blurb in the Pink Sheet and the In the Know for next Monday-

Please join the Liberty Belles & JV Poms in helping us raise awareness about hunger in Colorado.  Although more than 900,000 people in Colorado struggle put food on their tables, the issue of hunger is often silent and invisible. Hunger Free Colorado is collecting 10,000 plates with personal notes, messages or signatures to help put a face to of hunger in Colorado.  These messages for change will be added to thousands of others as a unified statement that Coloradans are hungry for change and will be displayed at public art instillations in Spring 2012. If you want to help us, there is room for you at the table. Visitwww.hungerfreecolorado.org to learn more.  We will have a table outside the student center/pit area periods 3 - 6, Monday, January 23 - Friday, January 27.  We have plates and markers.  This costs you nothing except your time.  Please come decorate a plate to help raise awareness.
