I (Coach Karen) will meet each group IMMEDIATELY after school at the "Heritage Sign" out in front of the schooll to give you your flyers and posters. Each group will have two posters to help promote the Auditions and Clinic while the others hand out flyers to 8th grade girls ONLY. After you are finished please go into the school to hang the 2 posters. One poster should go in the cafeteria area, the other near the main office. All posters have been approved by the District and have Steve Sheltons stamp on them. (He is the Athletic Director at Heritage). PLEASE arrive to your assigned school by 2:35 or as close to that time as possible. Most of the Middle School are out at approximately 2:43.
Please make sure to clean up in flyers that are tossed away on the ground. Be friendly, curtious and excited up the program. YOU can help to grow this program! THANK YOU!
